Hosting
This website is operated by Novosky (owner Lucas Teichmann, Mainz) as technical service provider and runs on a managed cloud server in the Microsoft Azure region Germany West Central (Frankfurt am Main; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) within the European Union; processing on our behalf is safeguarded by contracts under Art. 28 GDPR. When you visit the website, information is automatically stored in server log files (IP address, time, page accessed, browser). This data is required for the technical operation and security of the website, is not merged with other data sources and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by "https://" and the lock icon in your browser. Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies
This website does not set any analytics or marketing cookies without your consent. Your choice in the cookie notice (consent to external services or rejection) is stored in your browser's local storage. This storage is technically necessary and is based on Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; no personal data is stored. This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, for statistical analysis of website usage. Google Analytics is only loaded after your explicit consent via the cookie notice and only then sets cookies; without consent, no analysis takes place. IP addresses are processed in anonymised form and are not stored permanently. Data may be transmitted to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, phone number, subject, message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). To deliver the message we use the email service of IONOS SE (Germany), which acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR; the message is sent from and to our practice mailbox info@zahnarztpraxis-teichmann.de. Your data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)
To protect our contact form against automated submissions (spam, bots) we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (EU office: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany). Turnstile is only loaded when you open the contact page and checks in the background whether the input comes from a human. In doing so, your IP address, browser and device information and interaction characteristics are transmitted to Cloudflare; the result of the check is verified on our server when the form is submitted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the contact form securely and free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Storage Period
We store personal data only for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose. Server log data is deleted automatically after a short period. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once they have been dealt with. Where statutory retention obligations apply, data is deleted after the relevant period has expired.
Provision of Personal Data
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with personal data via this website. You can visit the website without providing any personal details. However, if you choose not to provide the details requested in the contact form, we will not be able to handle your enquiry through it; in that case you can also reach us by phone or email.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to certain processing operations (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To do so, please use the contact details given above.
