- Dental bonus booklet (Bonusheft)
- List of current medications
- Any existing X-rays or dental records
What to expect
- 1 Registration and short questionnaire
- 2 Comprehensive examination and assessment of findings
- 3 Personal consultation
- 4 Joint creation of a treatment plan
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can take care of the paperwork in a relaxed manner.

If you are transferring from another practice, we can request your previous records and X-rays. Just let us know.
With Children
The first dental visit should be relaxed. We are gentle and take extra time for our young patients. Recommended age for the first visit: from the first milk tooth.
Insurance Coverage
We will transparently explain which treatments are covered by your insurance and where out-of-pocket costs apply. For more complex prosthetics, we prepare a treatment and cost plan (Heil- und Kostenplan).
